A U.S. Navy veteran, Massachusetts Social Equity participant, and seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of business experience. Moving from the streets to the boardroom, Jamal’s leadership is defined by practical resilience and an unyielding commitment to community empowerment. He is the heartbeat of the ecosystem, ensuring that everything FRSHONES touches is rooted in deep intent, strict discipline, and generational impact.

Our platform doesn't just offer support. It offers a future. By teaching real-world business skills alongside mental wellness, we give young adults the tools to build something of their own.
